Shipping and Shop Policies
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually, all items listed are ready for shipping and, unless otherwise stated, will be shipped within 24 hours.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, within reason. Please always get in touch first, so a mutually agreeable and sensible solution can be found. Please also remember to stay kind and all will be well.
To facilitate any necessary transactions, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Once a solution is agreed upon, please ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
Order cancellations are only accepted until the items are shipped, that is within 24 hours. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Again, please contact me straightaway and directly if you have any problems with your order.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for commissions, ie custom or personalised orders.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
